FRP Wind Turbine Pultrusion Production Line
FRP wind turbine pultrusion production line is an entire system with PLC control, hydraulic reciprocating pulling and pneumatic fix-length cutting. The line consists of roving creels, resin bath, calibrating table, reciprocating puller, cutter, racks for finished products and control system.
Characteristics:
Temperature control adopts Omron tem-control modules, 8” touch screen display.
Traction speed touch screen display, hydraulic pressure digital display.
Each traction head has separate hydraulic system.
Hydraulic traction device can be operated automatically or manually. The traction speed and clamping force are adjustable.
The traction machine equipped with pause function for easy die cleaning.
Plate and frame of the machine is plastic-spray treatment.
