FRP Pullwinding Production Line

FRP Pullwinding machine is special for FRP pull-winding process. Its continuous process will high improve pipe production efficiency. With reinforced material like  fiberglass, mat and cloth uniforming winding in circle direction, the pressure resistance of pipe is improved. It can cooperate with pultrusion machine to make pullwinding pipes with diameter under 210mm.

Winding speed and traction speed can be separate control. Adopts uniform power take off and can install multiple winding head. According to the direct reversing device, it makes the adjacent winding heads move in negative direction.

Characteristics:

The organic combination of pultrusion technology and winding technology can overcome low strength of pultrusion profile and short comings of low production efficiency and high waste of winding pipe. This is a liberation of productive force in the industry of fiberglass reinforced plastics.

According to the different pressure grades, the clients can choose4-layers or 7-layers pullwinding modes.

The winding angles can be adjusted by winding program, thus to produce pipes with different pressure.

The program adjust winding speed by the feedback signal of traction speed,and realize the synchronization of pultrusion ans winding process.

The main electrical components are imported with high sensitivity and strong reliability.

The rotation of winding head is driven by bearings with features of exact orientation ans little transmission resistance.

The hydraulic system equips with qualified proportional valve which has high sensitivity and the control precision can be greatly improved.
