Large Diameter Epoxy Rod Pultrusion Machine is an entire system with PLC control, hydraulic reciprocating pulling and pneumatic fix-length cutting. The line consists of roving creels, injection machine, calibrating table, reciprocating puller, cutter, racks for finished products and control system.
Characteristics:
Temperature controlled by Omron tem-control modules, 8’ Omron touch screen displayed
Traction speed displayed on touch screen, pressure of hydraulic system digital displayed.
Each pulling head adopts independent hydraulic system.
Hydraulic pulling device can be manually or automatically operated. Pulling speed and clamping force are adjustable.
Hydraulic puller equips with pause function which is convenient for mold cleaning.
Panel of machinery is plastic spraying.
