FRP 20-3 Pultrusion Production Line

FRP 20-3 Pultrusion Production Line is an entire system with PLC control, hydraulic reciprocating pulling and pneumatic fix-length cutting. The line consists of roving creels, resin bath, calibrating table, reciprocating puller, cutter, racks for finished products and control system.

Characteristics:

Special design for small sizes of pultruded profiles with stron pulling force and smooth and reliable operation.

With two kinds of pultrusion modes: debugging and intermittence

Three-jacks clamping hydraulic system with strong ability of anti-interference.

Equipped with powerful chiller, the machine can realized 24 hours running easily.

Main electrical and hydraulic components are imported, they have high sensitivity and low failure rate.

Malfunction alarming system

The machine can produce three pieces of products at the same time, can be separately controlled or multi-controlled.
